First, log-in and then click the "Order Status" tab on the menu bar at the top of the page. You will then be able to view your order status and/or order history. We will also have sent you a tracking number for your order if you provided us with an email address. If you haven't received it, and you've made sure it's not in your Spam folder, email us (info@ArtisanIdeas.com) and we'll send it to you

The two most common and economical methods for sending foreign orders are:
* USPS Global Priority Mail.
Most orders can be shipped using either the US Post Office's a) Global Priority flat rate envelope or the b) Global Priority flat rate box, depending on the size and weight of the item(s) ordered.
Most single books, except for thick or oversize ones will fit into a flat rate envelope. The flat rate envelope can sometimes contain two or more small books or several DVDs. Orders for several books will be shipped using a flat rate box. Larger orders will need 2 or more flat rate boxes, or may need to be shipped in a larger box (not the flat rate box). The price of the Post Ofice's flat rate services is much more economic than other shipping methods and delivery times are usually from 12 to 15 business days for Canada, Australia, and Europe and up to 25 days for other countries. Orders going to South America and to South Africa very often take up to 2 months to arrive.
ArtisanIdeas.com offers exchanges or credit for damaged or defective items. In this event, please contact us immediately, and arrangements will be made for us to pay for return shipping.
We will replace damaged or defective dvds with a fresh copy of the same dvd.
